4. Additional benefits: we can provide other services such as assistance with hire arrangements, organising guided excursions, arranging a hire car for your stay, or accommodation in the great outdoors for bivouac and glamping enthusiasts.

Guided travel service: how does it work?
We start by arranging an appointment to understand your expectations, the destinations that appeal to you and the level of freedom you want. Based on these elements, we come back to you with ideas for personalised trips, types and levels of support, together with the cost. You are then free to accept, decline or request changes.
Ready to go? We then provide documentation about the trip, places to see and accommodation if needed, all based on your specific wishes. We develop the route together and, where necessary, we also support you with certain arrangements before departure. All that remains is to set off on your adventure!
This guided travel service is also available to travel agencies that need a group tour leader.

Service duration
- 1 day = a maximum of 8 hours of guidance, for example, 9am–5pm.
- Half-day = 4 hours maximum: 50% of the daily rate.
- Additional hours: €25 / hour with the standard package or €30 / hour with the van package.
- Partial days, departure or return: 50% of the daily rate if the service lasts less than 4 hours.
What's included
- Presence and guidance of the professional tour leader.
- Basic itinerary advice and route guidance.
- Simple logistical assistance: meals, accommodation, parking.
- Availability throughout the service period.
What's not included
- Transport: travel costs to the departure point, actual costs or a flat rate of €0.15/km.
- Accommodation: the tour leader's overnight stays if the trip lasts more than 24 hours.
- Meals: the tour leader's meals during the service.
- Tolls, parking and admission tickets on site.
- Specific equipment, unless otherwise stated.
Additional expenses
- Tour leader overnight stay: €60–90 / night depending on destination.
- Tour leader meals: €15–25 / meal, lunch and dinner.
- Belgium travel allowance: €37 / day, flat-rate allowance.
- Departure or return days exceeding 24 hours: 50% of the daily allowance.
Booking & payment
- Booking: at least 30 days before departure; 45 days recommended.
- Deposit: 30% of the total amount on booking.
- Full payment: no later than 14 days before departure.
- Payment methods: Bancontact and bank card.
