We offer four packages for each tent size. This page lists all services and prices from the hire document.

Lite
Transport included, but no setup. You pitch and take down the tent yourself.

Nomad
Transport + basic setup.

Confort
Transport + setup + basic furniture: mattress, rug, lighting, etc.

Prestige
Transport + setup + full furniture: beds, blankets, décor, lighting, premium ambience.
Price per night
Prices are the same for 1 to 3 nights. From 4 nights onwards, a 10% discount is applied per night.

Transport costs
Transport is charged at €0.70/km from our base, offering competitive rates.
Security deposit
The security deposit depends on the tent size and is refunded after the tent and equipment have been checked.
Hire terms
Availability & booking
- Availability is shown in the online calendar.
- A 30% deposit is required on booking.
- The balance must be paid at least 7 days before the hire date.
Setup & take-down
- Lite package: you pitch the tent yourself using the guide provided.
- Nomad, Comfort and Prestige packages: setup and takedown included.
Cancellation & insurance
- More than 7 days before: deposit refunded.
- From 7 days to 48 hours before: deposit retained.
- Less than 48 hours before: 100% of the amount charged.
- Public liability insurance is recommended if the tent is installed in a private garden.
