How do I book an experience?<\/summary>\n

You can book by sending us an enquiry through the contact or quote form. Tell us the type of experience you want, the period you are considering, the number of participants and any specific requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A deposit is generally required to confirm your booking. You will then receive a confirmation email with all the practical details.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Which payment methods do you accept?<\/summary>\n

Payment terms are specified in the quote or booking confirmation. Depending on the service, payment may be made by Bancontact and bank card<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I pay in instalments?<\/summary>\n

Bring clothing suited to the weather, comfortable footwear, a water bottle, head torch, personal belongings and protection from cold or rain. A more detailed list may be provided before departure.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Are the experiences suitable for beginners?<\/summary>\n
